Situated adjacent to our warehouse, is our dedicated Production department. It is equipped with three CNC precision lathes, three milling machines and three fully-automatic production machines (two of which are equipped with a production robot).

Production specials and custom material

When a standard item does not meet the specific fastening requirement for a particular application, we use our Production department to fulfil that requirement.

Using your own requirements or designs, our specialists are able to develop an entirely new product or they can modify standard fasteners for the task. This can be invaluable for prototypes or ‘0’ series by reducing the time-to-market. Jeveka can also keep such customised products in stock on behalf of our customers, for them to use in their production processes when needed

Production methods

We develop and modify fasteners for our customers or we can support this process using our expertise and knowledge. Take, for instance, the special requirements of a variable shape or surface treatment. We can provide solutions to these kinds of challenges. In addition to standard fasteners, we also have round and six-sided drill rods in stock.

Available processing includes: turning, cutting, sawing, drilling, tapping, thread-cutting, grinding and barrel finishing. We can also provide surface treatments such as Kolsterising® and passivation.

Quality

Our Production department works in close cooperation with our Quality department. Quality control measures are always conducted when using outsourced parts, as well as for those from our own Production. With stringent quality control procedures, it is assured that the item is supplied in accordance with the specifications and requirements. These can include measurement of strength or resistance to breakage and wear, or an accurate measurement of dimensions using our 3D measuring machine. This way our customers know exactly what they will be getting.
